Your order will be shipped using the DAPP method; that means I, as a sender, am not paying tariff taxes for you, and it’s your responsibility to pay them.
I, as a seller, am not going to refund you the money, If you refuse to pay tariff taxes and your order will be shipped back to me. So buy responsibly.
Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are only possible if you want to cancel your order BEFORE it was shipped (shipping label created and tracking number attached to your order in the shop system)
Item replacing
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and there are enough items in stock.
Returned orders
If your orders gets returned then I would ask you to compensate the re-shipping cost for it to be shipped back again.
I will keep the ordered goods for myself if you refuse to do it.
